Role Summary
The Associate Director, Governance and Operations leads a Governance and Operations team within BSI Operations.
The role is accountable for operational excellence supporting BSI and International Commercial, Medical, and Value & Access functions.

Governance and Operating Model
- Define and execute Governance and Operations priorities, roadmap, and service model aligned to CLS priorities.
- Establish governance frameworks, operating procedures, service standards, and performance metrics.
- Drive process simplification, standardization, continuous improvement, compliance, and organizational alignment.
- Lead governance forums, reviews, and cross-functional decision-making discussions.
