Delegate activities to, and supervise, project support and managerial staff
Empowering project team members to take positive action and accountability

Responsible for and oversee their respective department.
Interview, select and supervise the activities of the department staff; communicate interpret and discuss with team the company policies and procedures.
Determine job objectives, work methods and performance standards; review performance relative to departmental objectives discussion appraisal with each employee and performance; authorize and communicate salary changes, promotions, transfers, discipline, and discharge and administer all other personnel actions.
The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.
PhD or MSc in medical-related field such as biology, epidemiology, pharmacology, or health economics OR direct work experience in health research, health economics, or a related field
A minimum of six-to-seven (6-7) years’ direct evidence synthesis work experience in health research, health technology assessment, market access or a related field
Strong basis in fundamental evidence synthesis concepts and methods and familiarity with techniques such as feasibility assessments, meta-analysis, indirect comparisons, network meta-analysis, etc.
Technically competent with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Provide leadership to ensure projects are underpinned by rigorous processes and defendable methods
Ensure projects adhere to high standards of evidence synthesis
Strong strategic, critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking capabilities
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a sometimes high-pressure environment
Ability to adapt to shifting internal and client-related priorities/timelines
Ability to manage personal and project team members’ time across competing projects
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Ability to effectively interact and communicate with peers, senior management, and clients
Ability to effectively supervise, train, and mentor junior employees
Strong leadership, team-building, and team-motivating skills
Build relationships with clients that result in ongoing business opportunities
Identify and communicate opportunities for future collaborations
Strong customer focus, with the ability to maintain strong business relationships with clients
Develop and communicate company policies and standard operating procedures
Develop proposals, budgets, and timelines
Identify and develop best practices and tools for project execution and management
