Associate Director - EPMO is responsible for leading the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) strategy and overseeing the successful delivery of strategic technology programs across the organization.
EPMO function to ensure structured governance, disciplined execution, and alignment of all major initiatives with the organization’s strategic priorities.
The role ensures that technology investments support business growth, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and digital innovation.
Operating within the regulatory framework of the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE), the position ensures that technology programs comply with applicable regulations, risk frameworks, and cybersecurity standards.
This Role works closely with executive leadership and cross-functional departments to drive enterprise transformation, optimize costs, enhance operational efficiency, and leverage emerging technologies that strengthen the organization’s competitive position while reducing manual dependencies.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 12-20 years of experience including 5+ years of experience in project/program management within financial services, fintech, technology service provider, or regulated industries.
- Proven experience in large-scale program management.
- Experience in managing multi-location technology teams (onshore & offshore).
- Professional certifications (must): PMP, PgMP, or equivalent.

- Demonstrates strong execution capability by translating strategic plans into measurable outcomes through disciplined program governance and delivery.
