Key Role Expectations
Lead end-to-end Automation CoE for the enterprise
Transition from traditional RPA to Intelligent & Agentic Automation
Champion innovation, value realization, and transformation
Act as a bridge between business, technology, and strategy
Be a hands-on leader , not a supervisory manager
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Automation Leadership
- Define long-term automation & AI roadmap
- Scale adoption across business units
- Establish governance, standards, and best practices
- Drive enterprise-level value realization
- Improve / evolve the overall value proposition of the existing set up.
- Solutioning & Technology Leadership
- Provide end-to-end automation solutioning
- Drive innovative problem solving by leveraging optimum tools / technologies (represented below but not limited to):
- RPA platforms (AA, UiPath)
- AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic frameworks
- Data engineering & visualization
- IDP and workflow automation
- Enable integration of automation with enterprise tech ecosystem
- Delivery & Value Realization
- Own program delivery across multiple initiatives
- Track KPIs, ROI, and business impact
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization
- Build a strong automation pipeline
- Stakeholder Management
- Partner with senior leaders across functions
- Influence decision-making with data and insights
- Drive change management and adoption
- Team Leadership
