Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Engine Strategy & Execution: Translate commercial strategy into standardized, scalable workflows supporting the end‑to‑end commercial lifecycle (targeting, engagement, conversion, retention) Evaluate commercial performance and engine effectiveness using field feedback, customer signals, and performance data Identify workflow and execution friction points and implement durable solutions that improve efficiency, consistency, and customer experience
