Position Overview
SLC Management is seeking an Associate Director, Client Data & Analytics.
The role leads delivery of client, investment, and sustainability reporting data and connects investment, business, operations, technology, and client-facing teams.
The position oversees complex reporting, continuous improvement, cross-functional data requirements, and analytical leadership.
Workplace
- The role uses a hybrid work model combining office and remote work.
- Employees generally work at least three days per week in the office, with office days selected according to company, client, and team needs.
Client Reporting and Sustainability
- Lead production and governance of recurring client reporting deliverables and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Develop reporting methodologies, business rules, quality controls, and scalable solutions for client requirements.
- Support custom client requests and analytical inquiries.
- Coordinate sustainability and ESG reporting across General Account and third-party client portfolios.
- Maintain reporting models, templates, and documentation aligned with methodologies and disclosure requirements.
