- Lead C#/.NET, SharePoint, and website software developers in delivering business solutions.
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for software development, testing, maintenance, evaluation, and related initiatives.
- Lead innovation, integration, and standardization of software development structures and processes.
- Consult with Tribunal clients and provide end-to-end product management and support for business applications.
- Oversee application solution service providers and the mix of in-house and outsourced services.
