Job overview

The Digital Technology organization is seeking an experienced Business Operations Leader.

The role establishes long-range operating strategies, strengthens management systems, improves governance, and drives organization-wide process improvements.

The position supports the Business Enablement Leadership Team in a complex, matrixed environment.

Business operations and strategy

  • Support and execute the business operations strategy, operating model, and governance.
  • Improve organizational clarity, alignment, accountability, execution discipline, and operating routines.
  • Lead process-improvement initiatives using CORE methodology and structured problem-solving.
  • Lead business reviews, operational analysis, KPI tracking, and performance measurement.
  • Manage risk, issue, and change-control processes across programs and workstreams.
  • Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and investment alignment.
  • Develop communication plans and support town halls, leadership reviews, and employee engagement.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of relevant professional experience with increasing responsibility and strategic scope.
  • Experience leading business operations, operational strategy, transformation, or organizational improvement.
  • Experience working in complex and matrixed environments with strong business acumen.
  • Experience with governance, operating models, performance measures, risk management, and financial planning.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead meaningful organizational change.

Work arrangement

  • The position role type is hybrid.
  • The listed location is an external site in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
