Job Overview
The Business Operations Leader will shape, strengthen, and evolve how the Digital Technology organization operates.
The role establishes long-range operating strategies, strengthens management systems, improves governance, and drives organization-wide process improvements using CORE principles.
The role works with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
What You Will Do
- Support business operations strategy, operating model, governance, management processes, and operating routines.
- Lead CORE-based process improvement, root-cause analysis, waste reduction, and structured problem-solving.
- Lead business reviews, operational analysis, KPI development, and performance measurement for leadership decisions.
- Manage risk, issue, and change-control processes and improve escalation visibility.
- Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and investment decisions.
- Develop communication plans and support town halls, leadership reviews, and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications You Must Have
- The role requires 15 or more years of relevant professional experience with increasing responsibility and strategic scope.
- Candidates must have experience leading business operations, operational strategy, transformation, or organizational improvement in complex matrixed environments.
- The role requires strong business acumen and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change.
