Role overview

Collins Aerospace is seeking an experienced Business Operations Leader for its Digital Technology, Digital Product Life Cycle, and Advanced Technology organization.

The role shapes operating strategy, management systems, governance, and organization-wide process improvement in a matrixed environment.

Work arrangement

  • The position is classified as hybrid and is located at the Collins Aerospace external site in Hyderabad, India.

Business operations and improvement

  • Support and execute the business operations strategy, operating model, and governance.
  • Improve alignment, accountability, execution discipline, management processes, and operating routines.
  • Lead CORE-based initiatives to simplify work, reduce waste, improve efficiency, and solve operational problems.

Performance, governance, and planning

  • Lead business reviews, operational analysis, KPI tracking, and performance measurement.
  • Manage risk, issue, and change-control processes and improve escalation visibility.
  • Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and investment alignment.

Communication and engagement

  • Develop communication plans and support town halls, leadership reviews, and employee engagement activities.
  • Communicate business priorities, progress, and outcomes clearly across the organization.

Qualifications

  • At least 15 years of relevant professional experience with increasing responsibility and strategic scope.
  • Demonstrated leadership in business operations, operational strategy, transformation, or organizational improvement.
  • Experience in complex and matrixed environments, with strong business acumen and senior-stakeholder influence.
