About the Role
Bayer seeks an Associate Director, Full Stack Data Scientist to lead and deliver cross-functional Data Science capabilities for R&D.
The role involves hands-on development, coordination with external developers, and ensuring the DS capabilities stack meets business operational needs.
Candidates should have a Master’s Degree in a relevant field, proficiency in frontend and backend technologies, and experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Ensure the entire DS capabilities stack for the assigned process, and tasks are effective, efficient and meeting business operational needs.
- Hands on development of capabilities as required by the initiatives, mission leads, and product owners and other DSAI accountable parties.
- Identify business technology developments in the industry early on and actively promote them within the organization.
