Role Overview

Global Disputes Management is a platform supporting disputes, fraud, and banking case types.
The position provides business oversight, strategic project delivery, and support for new customer servicing capabilities.
The Product Owner works with teams across the United States, India, and Canada.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead strategic projects across global disputes applications and improve technology-enabled customer servicing.
- Provide business oversight and support delivery of initiatives under development.
- Partner with product owners, business teams, technology project managers, developers, and risk stakeholders.
- Create project plans and support architectural approaches for major initiatives.
- Identify transformation opportunities while upholding compliance and market regulations.
- Support business architecture and define tactical roadmaps for investment, implementation, and transformation workstreams.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with the full disputes lifecycle through on-the-job or project experience.
