Job Description
Coordinate application releases across multiple development teams, ensuring successful planning, execution, communication, and post-release validation.
Build, maintain, and optimize GitLab CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable, secure, and automated software deployments.
Automate development, testing, deployment, and operational processes to improve delivery efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Monitor deployment pipelines and production releases, proactively identifying and resolving issues that impact release quality or timelines.
Support day-to-day operational activities, including ticket management, release support, troubleshooting, and deployment assistance.
Design, document, and continuously improve release management processes, operational procedures, and deployment standards.
Collaborate with developers, QA, Infrastructure, Security, and Product teams to ensure successful software delivery and compliance with enterprise standards.
Automate regression testing and quality validation to improve deployment reliability and platform stability.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools and GenAI technologies to improve automation, operational efficiency, and engineering productivity.
Create release documentation, publish release notes, and communicate deployment status, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
2+ years of experience with DevOps practices, GitLab CI/CD, and release automation.
Experience coordinating application releases across multiple development teams.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
Experience with Git, YAML, scripting, and automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Experience with application monitoring, log analysis, and troubleshooting production deployments.
Experience working with AWS or other cloud platforms.
Practical knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET, and SQL.
Experience using Jira for release management, change tracking, and Agile delivery.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate or similar workflow automation tools is a plus.
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Sitecore, or other enterprise CMS platforms is a plus.
AWS Developer Associate, AWS SysOps Administrator Associate, GitLab CI/CD, or other relevant DevOps certifications are a plus.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools and GenAI technologies, such as ChatGPT or GitHub Copilot, is a plus.
