Role Overview
Non-clinical career opportunity for BDS graduates combining clinical knowledge, healthcare management, customer success, relationship management, business operations, CRM, and marketing support.
The role is based at the corporate office and does not involve independent patient consultations or routine dental practice.
Qualifications and Eligibility
- BDS qualification is mandatory.
- Freshers to candidates with 3 years of experience may apply.
- Valid DCI registration is preferred.
- Clinical or healthcare exposure is preferred but not mandatory.
- MBA or PGDM, relevant certificate courses, and CRM or relationship management exposure are advantages.
- Patient or customer interaction experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient recalls, follow-ups, coordination, and support for a positive patient experience.
- Coordinate pending treatment follow-ups with the clinical team and support treatment acceptance.
- Build professional relationships with dentists and support their engagement with the Supplies division.
- Coordinate product enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, product demonstrations, and new dentist customer onboarding.
- Support product-related queries, customer follow-ups, service experience, and retention.
