Role Overview
The AI team within the Tech COE organization builds go-to-market capabilities that connect solutions with customer needs at scale.
The Associate, Decision Science role partners with stakeholders to address business challenges, improve operational excellence, and increase customer value.
The role builds and deploys AI and GenAI solutions for business insights, forecasting, operational efficiency, intelligent sales systems, and data-driven processes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver data-driven recommendations and insights for strategic GTMOps projects.
- Track operational performance and provide business insights and recommendations.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, deadlines, prioritization, and dependencies for larger initiatives.
- Deploy models in production and monitor, troubleshoot, and debug model-related issues.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy machine learning models and agents.
- Integrate AI and infrastructure systems into a seamless machine learning pipeline.
