Join us as an Associate DBA within our Cloud, Data & Infrastructure team and help deliver the resilient, scalable, and secure database platforms that underpin some of Australia's most important payment services.

We're looking for an Associate DBA to join our Cloud, Data & Infrastructure team within Enterprise Technology Services.

In this role, you'll provide operational database administration support across Oracle and SQL Server environments, helping maintain the performance, availability, and reliability of critical systems that support Australia's payments ecosystem. You'll work closely with Senior DBAs and technology stakeholders to deliver business-as-usual support, operational improvements, and database-related projects.

You'll also make an impact by:

Providing operational DBA support across Oracle and SQL Server database environments.

Monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting database performance, availability, and reliability.

Supporting database maintenance, upgrades, backups, and recovery activities.

Contributing to operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Working closely with Senior DBAs, infrastructure teams, and application teams to support critical production environments.

Participating in an on-call roster to provide after-hours support for business-critical systems.
