Purpose of the Job
The Associate will support data warehousing projects by designing and implementing effective data architectures, data integration, and data management practices.
The role provides strategic insights, supports data governance, trains internal teams, and uses U.S. pharmaceutical datasets to drive client success.
Core Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical terms and lead data warehouse and reporting solution development.
- Evaluate ETL processes and database performance to improve system efficiency.
- Define project scope, development approaches, issues, and hypotheses with project leadership.
- Synthesize findings, develop recommendations, and communicate results to clients and internal teams.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, scopes, meetings, client communication, risks, and stakeholder updates.
- Support employee engagement, recruiting, training, mentorship, coaching, and internal initiatives.
