Team Overview

The Performance Marketing Team develops data-driven marketing programs and channels to improve the lifetime value of Agoda customers.

The team includes analysts, marketing strategists, and data scientists and provides a learning environment through collaboration with global experts.

Role Responsibilities

  • Experiment with text ads, bidding, and campaign structures across Google, Bing, Baidu, Naver, and other search engines.
  • Adapt search campaigns to new product features and roll out changes from successful tests.
  • Test, analyze, and optimize campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other channels.
  • Analyze experiment data, develop optimization models, and build dashboards for account managers.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative subject such as computer science, mathematics, economics, engineering, statistics, or science.
  • Fresh graduates with 0–1 years of experience are welcome.
  • Fluent English communication skills and basic business acumen are required.
  • Proficiency in statistics and Excel is required.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing concepts is required.
  • Exposure to SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL, or Tableau is requested.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in digital marketing is advantageous.
  • Academic research experience is advantageous.
