Workplace
- The position is remote for qualifying candidates residing outside the Dallas, Texas, and Minneapolis, Minnesota, areas.
- Candidates in the Dallas or Minneapolis areas follow a hybrid schedule with three on-site days per week.
Responsibilities
- Own Tier 4 customer accounts, serve as the primary contact, and build relationships around customer objectives and outcomes.
- Lead customer touchpoints, strategic conversations, success planning, and business reviews.
