Role Overview
Ensemble is seeking an Associate Creative Director to shape and evolve its creative expression across a digital-first landscape.
The role combines hands-on art direction, conceptual thinking, visual craft, and creative team leadership.
The position supports Ensemble’s brand presence across the travel industry and its member community.
What You’ll Do
- Own and champion creative and visual direction while maintaining established brand standards.
- Lead, mentor, and elevate the creative team through thoughtful direction and feedback.
- Develop concepts and executions across digital, social, paid media, video, web, events, print, and other channels.
- Partner with Marketing leadership to evolve the brand while protecting its identity and positioning.
- Support business development, member acquisition, onboarding, events, experiential touchpoints, and major brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with copy, design, video, social, and marketing partners on integrated creative ideas.
- Stay current on creative trends, platforms, technologies, and AI tools while overseeing multiple assets and variations.
What You Bring
- Strong art direction, design, or similar design-led creative experience with demonstrated creative direction experience.
