The Associate Corporate Development Director is responsible for delivering high-quality financial analysis in support of M&A, in-licensing/out-licensing, joint ventures, and strategic alliances. This position will lead due diligence activities both internally and externally by managing timelines, meetings, reports/deliverables, and interactions with investment banks and external parties. The Associate Director will lead select transactions or support aspects of complex transactions; play a key role in supporting the integration of acquisitions; serve as a primary interface between Corporate Development and Finance to support post-deal analysis, capital raising, and SEC filings; and contribute to the sourcing and evaluation of new innovative pharmaceutical transactions and programs, including financial analysis, competitive landscaping, and IP diligence.
