Role Overview
Automated Logic is seeking an Associate Controls Engineer to design customer-specific building automation systems.
The role includes smaller projects completed independently while building and advancing technical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and program building automation systems, site-specific control configurations, and control algorithms.
- Create, document, and communicate system designs, revisions, and technical design documents.
- Develop graphical and text-based interfaces and test programming before implementation.
- Provide technical support to sales representatives and identify project opportunities and risks.
- Support functional testing for building systems.
Required Qualifications
- Have a bachelor's degree in engineering, an associate degree, or a high school diploma or GED with two or more years of building automation or HVAC experience.
- Be able to travel and work onsite at a Hubbard, Texas client location 50% of the time.
- Be able to climb ladders or use lift equipment more than 8 feet above grade and lift items up to 50 pounds.
