Role Overview
The Associate is a key contributor who conducts research and evaluation to support customer work under senior-level direction.
Recent graduates work alongside senior partners on high-impact energy and climate projects.
Core Work
- Contribute to forecasting models, market strategy analysis, portfolio studies, stakeholder research, industry benchmarking, and policy and market overviews.
- Support modeling, presentations, reports, papers, spreadsheets, stakeholder tools, and additional customer requests.
- Conduct independent research on energy markets, standards documents, regulatory proceedings, and complex policy topics.
- Complete analytical tasks, translate findings into visual representations, and modify existing tools and models.
- Track work against established plans and capture project learnings for future use.
Requirements
- A master’s degree or higher with a strong academic record in engineering, economics, computer science, public policy, or a related field is required.
