What You’ll Do
- Oversee construction execution and delivery according to project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth on-site execution.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions for delays and cost overruns.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, quality standards, and approved designs.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams on technical issues and value engineering solutions.
- Oversee health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Manage progress reporting, risk assessments, and resource planning.
- Review contractor submittals, RFIs, change orders, and work schedules.
- Lead stakeholder meetings and align construction activities with project and client goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of construction management experience, including at least 3 years in food and beverage or restaurant construction.
- Experience managing BOQ and costing across civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gas, or similar scopes.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry standards.
- Hands-on project planning, budgeting, risk management, and cost control experience.
- Leadership and communication skills for managing teams, contractors, and client interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Docs and construction management software.
- Experience with FIDIC contracts, Primavera P6 or MS Project, and quality control processes.
- PMP or CCM certification is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
Workplace
- The role is based at the company’s Riyadh office location.
- Office-based teams work onsite five days per week to support close collaboration.
