Red Hat Consulting is seeking an Associate Cloud Consultant to join its Saudi Arabia team.
The role guides on-site delivery and implementation of Red Hat technology while building technical expertise in Red Hat cloud technologies.
The position focuses particularly on Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform and recommendations based on customer infrastructure and business needs.
What You Will Do
- Serve as a subject matter expert at customer sites for technical, developmental, and strategic IT needs.
- Learn new technologies and apply those concepts to customer requirements.
- Support multiple projects across industries and project types while delivering quality results.
- Keep stakeholders informed about actual or potential issues affecting project or company performance.
- Manage problem identification, system architecture definition, and software specification.
- Design, test, and deploy open source solutions.
- Prepare written project documentation for Red Hat and customer management teams.
- Adapt to changing customer requirements.
