Associate Chemist
The primary purpose of this position is to support product development and process optimization for Hydrite and its customers.
This position involves conducting experiments, analyzing data, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to drive innovation in chemical manufacturing and product application.
The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in chemistry, hands-on laboratory experience, and a passion for scientific discovery.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Conduct routine and complex chemical experiments following established protocols and
- Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and maintain detailed laboratory
- Prepare and test chemical formulations, raw materials, and finished
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring calibration and quality control standards are met.
- Work closely with senior chemists, engineers, and other team members to achieve project goals.
- Assist in the development of new methods and protocols for chemical
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and problem-solving
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project
