Position Summary
The Associate Buyer, Merchandise Operations supports Northern Reflections, Ricki's, and Cleo across multiple product categories and brands.
The role combines buying and merchandise administration with digital tools and AI-enabled solutions across the product lifecycle.
The position provides exposure to merchandising, product development, marketing, eCommerce, and retail operations.
Merchandising and Buying Support
- Support assortments aligned with financial, sales, inventory, and strategic objectives.
- Assist product development from concept through production and coordinate with Design, Vendors, Quality Assurance, and Sourcing.
- Maintain product information and support reorders, cancellations, markdowns, inventory management, and assortment planning.
- Analyze sales performance, product trends, and market opportunities to support business decisions.
Merchandise Operations
- Maintain buying documents, trackers, assortment plans, merchandising reports, and product libraries.
- Coordinate purchase order entry, validation, controls, and maintenance against financial plans.
- Maintain accurate product information throughout the product lifecycle.
