Associate Business Manager

Drive sales of Sun King EX grid-tied inverters and roof top solar systems.

Build funnel through EPCs, EO (Energy Officers), banks, partners, and direct consumers.

Achieve sales targets by successfully mentoring a field sales team of energy officers.

Conduct customer meets, demos, and partner activations.

Ensure complete documentation, KYC, and subsidy compliance.

Oversee installation coordination and payment collections.

Monitor customer experience and conduct field audits.

Ensure complete adoption of CRM and tech tools to manage the sales process through software tools used in Sun King.

A bachelor's degree in any field, technical background preferred.

2+ years of experience in direct to customer (D2C) sales.

Sales experience in solar rooftop (RTS) or microfinance (MFI).

Understanding of grid-tied systems, net metering and RTS processes.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and mobile apps.

Language proficiency of English, Odiya and Hindi.

Comfortable with extensive field travel.

Must be based out of, or willing to relocate to Balangir, Odisha.
