The Associate Business Development Representative will create and qualify pipeline for a North America regional pod alongside an account executive.
The role offers exposure to account-based expansion, go-to-market engineering, customer success, partnerships, and team leadership career paths.
What You'll Do
- Own pipeline creation inside a regional North America pod on a shared target with an account executive.
- Research accounts, identify stakeholders, and create personalized outbound outreach.
- Qualify prospects by confirming pain, need, timeline, and authority before booking meetings.
- Collaborate with account executives, marketing, and the events team across the full go-to-market motion.
- Build AI workflows, agents, or systems that make work measurably faster and better.
- Track changing personas, tools, messaging, and stakeholder maps as the sales motion evolves.
