Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Market Growth: Support business development strategies targeting hospitals, healthcare groups, insurers, pharmaceutical companies, and government entities; identify and qualify opportunities; build stakeholder relationships; participate in customer meetings and industry events
- Sales Support & Opportunity Management: Assist in managing the full sales lifecycle, maintain CRM and pipeline data, coordinate proposal preparation, and support opportunity follow-up and closure activities.
- Tendering & Procurement: Support RFQ, RFP, and tender preparation and submissions; coordinate compliance documentation; develop expertise in KSA procurement processes.
- Market Intelligence & Strategic Support: Monitor healthcare trends, conduct stakeholder mapping, and support partnership and market expansion initiatives.
- Professional Development: Work closely with senior commercial leadership, gradually assume ownership of customer accounts, and build the skills required for future progression into a Business Development Manager or Sales Manager role.
Requirements
- 2 - 5 years of experience in healthcare business development, enterprise sales, account management, healthcare consulting, healthcare technology, medical devices, or related fields.
