Role Overview

  • We are looking for a Business Development enthusiast who can open doors, build relationships, and drive revenue in a fast moving environment.
  • This is a hands on role ideal for someone who enjoys building things from scratch, experimenting with partnerships, and turning conversations into measurable outcomes.
  • You will work directly with the founding team to grow partnerships across brands, universities, and corporates.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, reach out to, and pitch potential partners and collaborators.
  • Build and manage relationships with founders, CXOs, business owners, HR leaders, TA heads, Universities, Institutions, startup founders, and ecosystem partners.
  • Confidently pitch recruiting, employer branding, and content solutions.
  • Craft partnership proposals, media decks, and tailored solutions for clients.
  • Drive the entire business development cycle from lead generation to closure—focusing on consistency and long term value.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, follow up strategically, and own revenue outcomes.
  • Own revenue end to end for the company.

Who You Are

  • A self starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership without waiting for direction.
  • Confident in outreach, pitching, and negotiating with senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working at startup speed, quick iterations, fast decisions, and high accountability.
  • Passionate about media, talent, startups, or the tech ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship building skills.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales (preferably in media, recruitment, PR, SaaS, B2B, HRTech, or the startup ecosystem).
  • Strong understanding of digital media, brand collaborations, or B2B partnerships.
  • Proven ability to build trust, close deals, and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Experience in a fast growth or early stage environment is a plus.
  • Experience working with CXOs, HR/TA leaders, founders, or employer branding teams.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, media marketing, and storytelling driven sales.
