To provide operational support for business applications, assist in implementation and enhancement projects, coordinate with vendors, support end users, maintain application documentation, and ensure smooth application operations across the organization.

What you will be doing 1.

Application Support & Administration User Management Create, modify and deactivate user accounts.

Manage roles and permissions.

Maintain access control records.

Support password and access-related requests.

Application Support Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support.

Troubleshoot application issues.

Resolve user tickets within SLA timelines.

Escalate complex issues to vendors.

System Monitoring Monitor application availability.

Track application performance issues.

Verify scheduled jobs and integrations.

Monitor data synchronization failures. 2.

Business Application Management ERP LMS CRM Parent Portal Microsoft 365 Applications Workflow Automation Platforms Maintain application master data.

Configure system settings.

Support business process changes.

Coordinate annual application reviews. 3.

Application Implementation Projects Project Support Gather user requirements.

Document business processes.

Conduct fit-gap analysis.

Prepare implementation documentation.

Coordinate project meetings.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Prepare test scenarios.

Execute test cases.

Record defects.

Verify fixes.

Obtain user sign-off.

Go-Live Support Conduct readiness checks.

Assist during rollouts.

Support end users after deployment.

Track post-implementation issues. 4.

Documentation & Knowledge Management Documentation Maintain: SOPs User Guides Configuration Documents Application Inventory Workflow Documents Change Logs Training Materials Knowledge Base Maintain troubleshooting guides.

Update help documents. 5.

Training & User Adoption User Training Conduct end-user training.

Support induction programs.

Conduct refresher sessions.

Assist users in adopting new features.

Collect user feedback.

Suggest process improvements. 6.

Reporting & Data Support Operational Reporting Generate system reports.

Validate report accuracy.

Assist departments with report requirements.

Data Management Import and export data.

Assist in data cleanup activities.

Support data migration activities.

Verify data quality after migration.

Who we are looking for: Qualifications: ➢ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent. ➢ 4–6 years of experience in Business Applications Support.
