Join a growing Leeds building services team as an Associate or Associate Director Mechanical Engineer.

Location and Working Pattern
- The role is based in Leeds with hybrid working two to three days per week.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical building services projects from concept through completion.
- Act as Project Leader across multidisciplinary teams.
- Develop trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Support business development and identify future work opportunities.
- Mentor and develop engineers as the team grows.
- Ensure projects meet technical and commercial standards.
- Help grow the Leeds Building Services team.
Candidate Profile
- Significant consultancy experience delivering mechanical building services projects is preferred.
- Strong project leadership, client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management experience is preferred.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams is preferred.
- Commercial awareness and interest in growing a regional business are preferred.
- Chartered Engineer status or progress towards chartership is advantageous.
Project Portfolio
Projects include NHS diagnostic centres, commercial offices, defence infrastructure, schools, university refurbishments, Network Rail facilities, airport passenger lounges, and corporate headquarters.
Business Context
The Leeds office has around 70 professionals across multiple disciplines.
The Building Services team is growing from seven engineers toward approximately 20 engineers by the end of 2028.
