A highly experienced and qualified Architect responsible for leading the delivery of architectural design and technical outputs across multiple projects. The role combines technical excellence, and project delivery accountability, ensuring high-quality, coordinated, and compliant design solutions aligned to UK building standards. An Associate derives design strategy, BIM-led delivery, multidisciplinary coordination engaging with other stakeholders, and ensuring efficient project execution

Responsibilities
- Qualified Architect (Chartered preferred).
- 15+ years experience in the architectural/construction industry.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and other BIM tools.
- Knowledge & Skills
- Strong expertise in construction methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical design delivery and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Experience delivering tender and construction stage packages.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
