Associate Application Engineer (HYBRID TO WORCESTER)

0–2 years of experience in software development or related technical roles

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field preferred

Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and desire to grow technical skills

Interest in modern development approaches and full‑stack engineering

Exposure to or interest in GenAI‑assisted development tools

Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions with guidance

Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work effectively in an Agile, collaborative environment
