About the Role
Overview - We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Programmer Analyst specializing in Microsoft Technologies to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Programmer Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping the success of our technology projects. Your responsibilities will include architecture design, implementation, and overseeing the development and deployment of Microsoft-based solutions that meet our internal needs. You’ll collaborate closely with architects, business analysts, project managers, developers, testers and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and schedule.

Technical Skills –
- Microsoft.NET Stack-
- Proficiency in.NET 8.0, C#, ASP.NET Core, and MVC.
- Experience with building Web APIs and Minimal APIs.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React, TypeScript, and NodeJS.
- Data Persistence and Messaging-
- Hands-on experience with ORMs (Object-Relational Mappers).
- Knowledge of messaging and streaming technologies.
- NoSQL Databases-
- Understanding of NoSQL databases and their use cases.
- Microsoft Azure-
- Designing and implementing cloud-based solutions using Azure services:
- Azure App Services
- Azure Functions
- Azure Web Jobs
- Azure SQL Database
- Azure Storage
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Python:
- General Python skills.
- Data handling using Python.
- API development using FastAPI or Flask.
- Knowledge of PySpark.
- Big Data:
- Exposure to technologies such as Databricks and Snowflake.
- Familiarity with Spark.
- Good to Have –
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
- Experience with healthcare data analytics, machine learning, or AI technologies.
- Certification in healthcare IT (e.g., Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems, CHPS).
