Role Overview
JPMorganChase is seeking an Analytics Solutions Associate for the Consumer and Community Banking Finance Reporting and Insights product team.
The role delivers trusted, scalable analytics and BI reporting solutions for business stakeholders and analytics teams.
The position builds data marts, pipelines, dashboards, and data products using cloud platforms and emerging GenAI capabilities.
Analytics and BI Delivery
- Build, enhance, and support BI dashboards and analytics solutions using ThoughtSpot, Tableau, SQL, Python, and Alteryx as needed.
- Gather stakeholder requirements, map source-to-target logic, and define calculation rules and KPIs.
- Design scalable data marts and star or snowflake data models for Finance reporting.
- Create executive-ready visualizations that communicate trends, variances, insights, and business narratives.
Data Quality and Performance
- Maintain robust, performant, and governed reporting environments with metadata, lineage, and documentation.
- Tune reports and dashboards by optimizing queries, data models, filters, aggregations, and user experience.
- Apply structured problem-solving to address complex business questions.
