About the Role

Responsibilities
- Prepare NOTAMs in accordance with ICAO regulations
- Provide support for the efficient running of the 24 hour NOTAM office
- Prepare and distribute NOTAM summaries
- Maintain and update the NOTAM database
- Maintain records of NOTAM requests and published NOTAMs
- Record queries related to NOTAM and maintain statistics
- Initiate, investigate, and clarify queries received
- Participate as a member of the AIS Safety Committee
- Update the LAISI with latest procedures
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of functional reports
- Comply with health, safety, quality, and environmental procedures
Requirements
- Only UAE nationals are eligible
- Knowledge of ICAO regulations and NOTAM procedures
- Ability to work in a 24 hour shift environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy

NOTAM Function
- Preparing NOTAM when requested in accordance with ICAO regulations
- Provide support for the efficient running of 24 hour NOTAM office

NOTAM Database and Records
- Maintain and update the NOTAM database
- Maintain the records of NOTAM requests and published NOTAMs
AIS Quality and Audit
- Record queries related to NOTAM and maintained all related statistics
- Initiate, investigate and clarify queries received
- Participate as a member of AIS Safety Committee
Procedure’s documentation
- Update the LAISI with the latest and correct procedures
Reporting
- Ensure that all functional reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet GCAA requirements and quality standards.
Health, Safety and Environment within GCAA
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude as per IMS available standards
Additional Tasks
- Perform additional tasks relevant to the role / area of expertise as requested by the management to be able to achieve the objectives/commitments.
