Role overview
The Global Payroll Technology team is building a Global Command Center combining payroll operations, automation, analytics, data intelligence, and AI-powered decision support.
This 3–6 month internship is for engineering students working on real-world AI initiatives, data-driven products, and intelligent automation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and testing AI and machine learning models.
- Support data preparation, cleansing, transformation, and feature engineering.
- Build AI-powered business solution prototypes and intelligent automation.
- Analyze datasets, develop data pipelines, and create model evaluation processes.
- Work with APIs, databases, and cloud-based AI services.
- Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders, and document experiments and findings.
Required skills
- Strong understanding of Python, data structures and algorithms, and machine learning concepts.
- Familiarity with Pandas and NumPy for data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of statistics and mathematical fundamentals.
- Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively.
