About You

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
• Two to five years of professional experience in AI engineering, AI, chatbot development, or Generative AI roles is required.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for applications and data transformations is required.
• Good familiarity with software engineering best practices is expected.

AI Solution Development

• Partner with capability leadership and delivery teams to understand workflows, pain points, and value levers across consulting data operations.
• Identify high-impact opportunities where Agentic AI can improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Design Agentic AI architectures covering agents, tools, orchestration, memory, and guardrails.
• Build rapid Generative AI prototypes, iterate with users, and define success metrics and adoption criteria.
• Build and optimize grounding and structured retrieval patterns, including retrieval-augmented generation with vector search.
• Work with engineering to productionize validated prototypes into reliable, secure, and scalable services.
• Develop application and data-layer logic using Python and SQL, including APIs, pipelines, automation workflows, and maintainable codebases.
