Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3.3 GPA or comparable years of corporate experience • Lifelong learner who is excited by a challenge and looking for consistent personal and professional growth • Ability to self-motivate and work with varying degrees of autonomy or oversight • Strong customer service, communication, and project management skills • Ability to represent the practice and Lockton with integrity and professionalism at all times • Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting confidentiality of client and company information • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy of work product • Organizational and time management skills to prioritize heavy workloads and meet time-sensitive deadlines • Willingness to expand knowledge and effectiveness in insurance industry through extended insurance education • Proficiency in Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.) • Ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed • Legal right to work in the United States
