Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers in Marqeta's Core Segment.
Manage day-to-day operational needs: support tickets, program inquiries, configuration questions, and status updates.
Ensure customer programs are running smoothly and that issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
Build relationships with customer contacts and act as a trusted, reliable resource they can count on.
Identify patterns or recurring needs that signal an opportunity to improve the customer experience.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams and see them through to resolution.
Perform in-depth analysis to identify macro, business, technology, and pipeline trends for key customers.
Support day-to-day customer management processes.
Operations, Process & AM Team Support (~50%)
Document and improve operational processes that support the broader Account Management team leading and work with Revenue Operations.
Create, maintain, and standardize templates, playbooks, and reference materials used across the team.
Support senior Account Managers with preparation of customer-facing materials; QBRs, executive briefing decks, reporting, and account summaries.
Perform data analysis and reporting to surface customer trends, program health metrics, and portfolio insights.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Settlement, Compliance, Support) to track and close open action items.
Contribute to internal projects that improve how the team operates and serves customers at scale.
