Responsibilities
- Support guest facing and back of house operations
- Assist guests with inquiries, coordinate reservations or requests
- Help ensure public areas and facilities remain welcoming and well organized
- Collaborate with team members across departments to promote smooth daily operations
- Contribute to guest satisfaction and uphold Marriott's service standards
- Handle basic administrative tasks, update internal systems, and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors
Requirements
- Strong customer service mindset, with ability to engage professionally with guests and colleagues
- Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Comfort with basic computer applications and hotel systems; willingness to learn new tools
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi in a hybrid arrangement, including flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and attention to detail in previous work or internship experiences
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail is beneficial but not strictly required
- Further education in hospitality or business is a plus
- Additional language skills are an advantage

Role Description
