Purpose of Role
Partner with the COO to drive operational excellence, business performance, and strategic execution across a power transmission and infrastructure portfolio.
Serve as a key member of the COO's Office by driving cross-functional initiatives, governance, performance tracking, and transformation programs.
Position Demands
- Travel to multiple sites as required.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic and execution partner to the COO on business priorities, operational reviews, and critical decision-making.
- Drive COO-led initiatives for operational excellence, productivity improvement, cost optimization, digital transformation, and organizational capability building.
- Monitor transmission, substation, and infrastructure project performance and identify execution risks and improvement opportunities.
- Manage governance mechanisms, leadership reviews, MIS dashboards, action trackers, and executive performance reporting.
- Coordinate across Projects, Engineering, Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, Business Development, Legal, HR, and other functions.
- Support business planning, operational reviews, resource prioritization, and strategic initiative execution.
- Drive closure of actions from leadership meetings, project reviews, and cross-functional forums.
