Role Description
This is a partly remote / partly on site for an Assistant to the Executive Director.
The individual will manage administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, draft correspondence, and support the Executive Director with daily operations.
The role involves fostering communication across the organization, maintaining clear documentation, and providing strategic support to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written communication in English
- Excellent Organization Skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Analytical Skills to assess information and support decision-making
- Proficiency with relevant tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration platforms
- Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Prior experience in maritime or logistics sectors is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
