Role Overview
Across Horizons Contracting Company is hiring an Assistant to Projects Director in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The candidate will support coordination, monitoring, and follow-up across multiple construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor project progress, schedules, and key milestones.
- Follow up with Project Managers, site teams, and Head Office departments.
- Track action items, management instructions, and critical issues.
- Prepare project reports, dashboards, and management summaries.
- Follow up on procurement, subcontractors, payment certificates, and variation orders.
- Attend coordination meetings and follow up on action items.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
- Three to five years of construction or contracting experience is required.
- Strong Excel, reporting, analytical, organizational, proactive, and detail-oriented skills are required.
- Good knowledge of construction activities, drawings, quantity take-off, and AutoCAD is required.
- Good English communication skills and a valid driving license are required.
- Knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project is an advantage.
Location and Employment
- The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- The employment arrangement is full-time.
