Job Summary
Handle medical equipment service activities across a designated geographical area.
Maintain customer service levels, equipment uptime, complaint resolution, installations, preventive maintenance, and service revenue performance.
Essential Duties
- Maintain customer service levels according to company policy.
- Install equipment and resolve complaints, including urgent complaints within 48 hours.
- Perform preventive maintenance for all equipment and support a 95% machine uptime target.
- Gather market knowledge for service and revenue generation and achieve assigned targets.
- Implement field actions and equipment upgrades and record them.
- Manage distributor technical service resources and coordinate with sales and clinical teams.
- Maintain updates for complaints, installations, field actions, and service contracts.
- Submit MIS reports and service documentation on time.
- Implement territory service strategy, manage key accounts, and support service revenue growth.
- Provide backup support across India when required.
- Train internal teams and distributor resources as a certified trainer.
- Support development of service engineers reporting in the region.
