Position Goal
Oversee complete engineering and maintenance requirements of the facility.
Ensure 100% uptime of critical equipment.
Coordinate with vendors for AMC services.
Engineering and Maintenance
- Take handover from the previous shift engineer.
- Monitor and maintain electrical systems, UPS, lifts, HVAC, precision air conditioning, fire systems, plumbing, and carpentry.
- Establish engineering and operational procedures for site staff.
- Conduct technical audits and review maintenance practices against manufacturer recommendations.
- Plan mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil works for smooth facility operations.
- Develop critical spares lists and manage inventory and procurement.
- Manage preventive maintenance, shutdowns, inspections, logbooks, checklists, SOPs, and EOPs.
- Support service teams with critical equipment maintenance and upkeep.
Systems and Reporting
- Manage Corrigo for preventive maintenance activity closure.
- Manage IDEA for EHS and IHS compliance details.
- Manage CEWA for building projects, M&E activities, approvals, and incident reporting.
- Manage BMS help desk work orders and team response tracking.
- Maintain engineering, EHS, UPS, resilience, vendor, work-order, and monthly reports.
