The Assistant Technical Inspector – Façade is a full time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi.
In this position, the individual supports senior inspectors in conducting façade inspections, tests, and quality checks in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and relevant codes.
Daily tasks include inspecting installed façade elements, recording observations, preparing basic inspection reports, and assisting in documenting nonconformities and follow up actions.
The role also involves coordinating with site engineers, contractors, and consultants to schedule inspections, collect technical data, and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
The Assistant Technical Inspector is expected to maintain accurate records, adhere to company procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement in façade testing and inspection processes.

Technical understanding of façade systems, building envelopes, and construction materials, with the ability to interpret basic drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of inspection and testing processes for façades, including visual inspections, performance tests, and quality control procedures.
Strong attention to detail, record keeping, and reporting skills to accurately document site findings and inspection outcomes.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary site teams and respond to technical guidance from senior inspectors.
Relevant diploma or degree in civil engineering, architecture, building technology, or a related field; professional certifications in inspection or quality control are an advantage.
Ability to work on site under varying environmental conditions, with a strong commitment to health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Prior experience in façade inspection, construction supervision, or building quality assurance in the Middle East is preferred but not mandatory.
