About the Role
MSS Security is seeking a Full Time Assistant Team Leader to join our team at mining village site in Dysart . This role requires you to assist in leading and support the onsite security team while ensuring the safe, secure and efficient operation of village security services.
This is a 7 on 7 off roster, open to candidates residing in Dysart, FIFO from Brisbane and DIDO residing within a radius of 600 kms.
Duties include but are not limited to
- Assist the Team Leader in mentoring and supporting Village Security Officers, including delivering site-based training and daily pre-starts.
- Coordinate security operations, resource allocation and compliance with site procedures, audits and training requirements.
- Conduct patrols, welfare checks and inspections to maintain a safe, secure and compliant village environment.
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid where required, and complete accurate reports and documentation.
- Build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders while responding professionally to enquiries and site issues.
